I remember, when you were first appointed ACGS(Pers),
I was but a representative to reflect opinions
In a dialogue for you to get the know your people
Unexpectedly, you captivated the floor
When you cut the red tape of the system, and of our minds
You empowered us, inspired us, and motivated us.

After my stint in The project,
All the more I was sure that you had all the brains and the charm.
You read our actions like the back of your hand.
You had all the answers before we asked our questions.
You were a visionary, you saw a land of milk and honey.

It is regretful, sorrowful and unfortunate that you have left us
26 Mar 2006, a dreadful day to remember,
But your legacy lives on, in each of us that you have inspired
With Guts and Passion,
With People first,
Yes Sir, We shall carry on. We shall carry on.
